January 2022. I begin reorganizing the new ceramics studio with the idea of making it completely sustainable, carefully studying each decision to eliminate or reduce environmental impact, without compromising the functionality or the creative side of the activity. To this end, I introduce a series of changes: • Full recycling of ceramic clays, giving new life to all waste generated during the production process. • Use of plant ashes as raw material for formulating my own glazes. • Water recovery system to minimize waste and close the consumption cycle. • Solar energy as the main source, committed to clean and renewable production. • Self-made tools built from recycled or discarded materials, enhancing creative autonomy and a low-impact ethic. • I want the studio to be not only my workplace but also proof that art and sustainability are perfectly compatible.
